Mokulele Airlines Moves to New Location at HNL Airport on May 29, 2018
Mokulele Airlines will be moving to a new location at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport beginning May 29, 2018. The new and improved location is on the Diamond Head side of the airport and can be accessed via Aolele Street with the entrance between the Delta Cargo and United Cargo facilities.
The new Terminal 3 will have a customer service and check-in counter, holdroom, Mokulele offices and restrooms. Parking is available including 42 standard public stalls and two Americans with Disabilities Act stalls. The public will be required to pre-pay their parking fees before checking-in for their flight.
HDOT is providing free Wiki Wiki shuttle service from Terminal 3 to Terminals 1 and 2 for Mokulele Airlines passengers with a connecting flight on another airline. The shuttle service route will extend around Terminals 1, 2 and 3 approximately every 20 minutes.

“We are thrilled to be moving forward with our modernization plans and are committed to working with the airport stakeholders to find a home for all operations,” said Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation Director Jade Butay. “We realize Mokulele customers will have to adjust to the new location and we encourage passengers to give themselves extra time when arriving to the new Terminal 3 during the transition.”
“Mokulele is very grateful to the Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation for working to find a solution for us to remain on the air carrier side of the airport so that our passengers can easily connect to our inter line partners for travel overseas,” said Mokulele Airlines President Rob McKinney. “We believe that this facility will provide an even higher level of service to our loyal passengers.”
The address for Terminal 3 is 3073 Aolele Street, Honolulu Hawaiʻi, 96819. Passengers with operational questions can reach Mokulele Airlines via its website or by calling 808-495-4188 or toll free at 866-260-7070. Questions and inquiries can also be emailed to customercare@mokulelehawaii.com
