Coldwell Banker Island Properties announced that it is building a new branch and head office in Kukui Mall, Kihei. Opening is planned for late fall, 2018.

The new Coldwell Banker Island Properties office will be the largest real estate office on Maui at
just under 6,000 square feet and will include a client showroom, modern collaborative workspaces for realtors, meeting rooms, an in-house printshop for agents, as well as staff workspaces.

Coldwell Banker Island Vacations will also be located in the same facility with customer service, maintenance, and management located together. Coldwell Banker continues to grow its team and the new
facilities will accommodate significant future growth. Growth is planned to be organic;
however, the Company is also actively searching for acquisitions.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties is proud of its intensive agent training systems. The firm
offers a 12-step training program to assist new and experienced realtors to maximize their
productivity and professionalism. In partnership with the new Regency Theaters at Kukui Mall,
Coldwell Banker Island Properties will periodically utilize the newly remodeled luxury theaters
for larger training sessions and/or guest speakers – exclusively for Coldwell Banker
professionals – extending the Company’s professional development abilities.
