Duke’s Beach House Announces Chef’s Tasting Menu

Duke’s Beach House in Kā‘anapali is offering a summer treat: enjoy stunning ocean views and a three-course meal while supporting local agriculture.
Duke’s Chef’s Tasting Menu is offered daily from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. and includes three courses for $27. A portion of the proceeds from each Chef’s Tasting Menu will be donated to Hawai‘i Agricultural Foundation (HAF) through the Duke’s Legacy of Aloha Program.
The Chef’s Tasting Menu features appetizer favorites such as the Farm Salad, Crab Cake, Maui Onion Soup and Crab & MacNut Wontons and Coconut Shrimp. Entrée offerings include Duke’s Style Baked Fish, Duke’s Petite Filet, Grilled Chicken Breast, Sauteed MacNut & Herb Crusted Fish or Sweet Potato Lau Lau. For dessert, guests have a choice of Vanilla Crème Brulée or Island Sorbet with a cookie.
Duke’s is proud to support the Hawai‘i Agricultural Foundation, a non-profit organization created to promote agriculture and farming. Created in 2007, the mission of HAF is to support and sustain Hawai‘i agricultural industry by addressing critical needs and services of farmers and the agricultural industry in Hawaii and by connecting the farmers with the community.
