Pulehunui Industrial Park Construction is Complete
Pulehunui Industrial Park, Maui’s first and only subdivision to offer M3 Industrial zoning, is now complete and available to Maui businesses. M3 industrial zoning allows heavy industrial uses such as construction and lumber baseyards, manufacturing, recycling, stockpiling, crushing and heavy equipment storage.

Responding to the lack of available industrial space for Maui businesses, over half of the lots, ranging from a half acre to 14 acres, have been reserved with only 11 lots still available.
Some of the companies that have selected lots to purchase include Goodfellow Bros. Inc, Truss Systems Hawaii, TJ Gomes Trucking, Aloha Waste Systems and Ground Transportation.
Pulehunui Industrial Park is centrally located midway between Kahului and Kihei. Remaining lots are priced between $905K and $1.99M and range from .92 acres to 2.26 acres.
