Looking Ahead
Breezy and generally dry trade wind weather will prevail across the state through Thursday, with passing showers focused mainly over windward and mauka areas. The usual summertime afternoon and evening showers will also affect the leeward coast of the Big Island. Wetter conditions are forecast to return on Friday and persist through the weekend, as the breezy trade winds continue.
West Side
Today: Sunny, with a high near 87. Breezy, with an east wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Tonight: Clear, with a low around 72. Breezy, with an east northeast wind 15 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 87. Breezy, with an east northeast wind 17 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.
South Side
Today: Increasing clouds, with a high near 90. Light and variable wind becoming west around 6 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 72. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Wednesday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 90. Calm wind becoming west 5 to 7 mph.
North Shore
Today: Sunny, with a high near 87. Windy, with an east wind 13 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph.

Central Maui
