Water Conservation Urged.
The Maui Department of Water Supply is requesting water conservation for customers in parts of Kula until crews can safely access and repair a broken waterline off of Mauna Place.
The conservation request is for customers on Mauna Place, Copp Road, Holomakani Drive, Holomakani Place, and Lower Kula Road.
Traffic should not be impacted.
Affected customers may want to flush waterlines this afternoon to ensure no sediment has built up in the waterlines during the repair.
Customers are asked to call the service line (808) 270-7633 only in the event of a water emergency.
