Trash Pickups Missed in Pā‘ia and Ha‘ikū

Due to mechanical problems, a scheduled refuse route today in the Pāʻia and Haʻikū area has been rescheduled to Saturday, March 9.

The Maui County Department of Environmental Management made the announcement today.

Affected areas include: Kokomo, Paʻuwela and Kaluanui roads; Puʻukoa and Piʻilaliʻi places; Kupono Street; Skill Village; Kūʻau Bay View; Spreckelsville; and all surrounding streets and roads.

Department officials apologized for the inconvenience and thanked the community in advance for their understanding and cooperation.
