Six Residents Displaced in Lahaina Home Fire

A total of six residents were possibly displaced in a home fire in West Maui on Wednesday morning.
The incident was reported at 10:03 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at a two story, multi-family home on Kuhua Street in Lahaina.
Fire officials say the home sustained extensive damage to the second story, with water damage to the first floor.
The fire was declared extinguished at 12:17 p.m. and no injuries were reported. Fire officials say the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Units responding to the scene included Fire crews from Engine 3, Ladder 3, Engine and Battalion Chief 4.
