Trash Pickups Missed in Makawao and Pukalani

Due to a personnel shortage, a scheduled refuse route today in the Pukalani area has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 31, the Maui County Department of Environmental Management announced.
The affected areas include Kula Kai, Kula Malu, Upper and Lower Kimo drives, Ōmaʻopio Road, Lower Kula Road, Kula Highway, Pūlehu Road, Holopuni Road, ʻĀinakula Road, Kulalani Drive, Piliwale Road and all surrounding streets and roads.
The department apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates the community’s understanding and cooperation.
