Update: 7:56 p.m. 8.28.19

The Hana Highway has been reopened as of 7:56 p.m. A downed tree has since been removed and is no longer blocking the road.

Hana Highway is closed at Mile Marker 25 as crews from the Department of Transportation work to remove a fallen tree across both lanes.
