Country superstar, CMA and Grammy winner Miranda Lambert returns to Maui, headlining the 5th annual BMI Maui Songwriters Festival concert featuring Maren Morris & Friends.
The concert takes place in the MACC’s A&B Amphitheater and Yokouchi Pavilion on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019. The concert will also include friends/special guests including Randy Houser, Dustin Lynch, Lukas Nelson, Kevin Griffin of Better Than Ezra, Lucie Silvas, Lily Meola and Tavana.
Tickets for this blockbuster lineup of top hit makers go on sale to MACC members Saturday, Sept. 7 and to the general public Saturday, Sept. 14. Show time is 5:30 p.m. with gates opening at 4:30 p.m.
The concert will be an acoustic performance filled with songs and stories. The popular format is similar to past BMI Songwriters Festival concerts at the MACC. The concert will be emceed by SiriusXM personality Storme Warren.
“I had such a great time at BMI’s Maui Songwriters Festival last year and can’t wait to be part of it again this December,” says Miranda Lambert. “I love that we can all come together and celebrate songwriters in such a beautiful place.”
“I am thrilled to be returning to the Maui Songwriters Festival this year. I first attended two years ago and fell in love with the island,” added Morris. “BMI has such a great track record for bringing talent to this festival and it’s such a unique experience.”
A portion of the concert proceeds will benefit the BMI Foundation, the Dorvin and Betty Leis Charities, Inc., and the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, all of which are non-profit 501c3 organizations.
Miranda Lambert featuring Maren Morris & Friends are performing only on Maui and only at the MACC.
TICKETS: $49 (general admission), $69, $89, $129, with a limited number of $159 Gold Circle premium seating plus applicable fees. The gold circle purchasers have access to the Yokouchi Courtyard with dedicated bars and restrooms.
