High Surf Advisory Canceled

The National Weather Service has canceled a high surf advisory it issued for Maui County earlier today.
According to an announcement from the county, buoy reading and surf observations show surf has fallen below advisory levels and will continue to decline.
However, the county is reminding beachgoers to continue to exercise caution when entering the water.
