Missed Kula Trash Pickups Rescheduled

Due to a personnel shortage, todayʻs refuse route in the Kula area has been rescheduled to Wednesday, the Department of Environmental Management announced.
The affected areas include Kula Highway, Kekaulike Highway, Copp Road, Lower Kula Road, Holomakani Drive, Haleakalā Highway, Crater Road, Kamehameiki Road, Pulehuiki Road, Ihe Place, Kolohala Road, Naalae Road, Calasa Road, Waiakoa Road, Wahelani Street and all surrounding streets and roads.
“The department apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates the community’s understanding and cooperation,” a department announcement read.
