Duke’s Beach House recognized three Princess Nahi’ena’ena Elementary School staff members as the “Educator of the Month” for August, September, and October.

The honorees are listed below:

  • Graham Seiki was awarded the August Educator of the Month for “working tirelessly behind the scenes to meet the technology needs of both students and staff.” Seiki provides schoolwide technical assistance with “expertise, extraordinary patience, and a friendly smile.”
  • School custodian Michael Arcangel was awarded the September Educator of the Month Award for “taking pride in his work, being helpful to everyone, and exemplifying the aloha spirit.”
  • Lesmond Asuela, School Security Attendant, was awarded the October Educator of the Month Award.  Asuela is one of the newest staff members at Princess Nahi`ena`ena Elementary School, but many say he has already made a difference on campus. ‘Uncle Les’ was recognized for his “enthusiasm, professionalism, dedication and pride in his work.”

Seiki, Arcangel, and Asuela received an engraved Koa box and a $100 gift certificate to Duke’s Beach House.
