Royle Taogoshi, assistant vice president and business banking team leader, Kahului Banking Center; Dean Duque, vice president and Maui Region manager; and Bard Peterson, vice president and Kahului Banking Center manager.

First Hawaiian Bank announced the promotion of three individuals on Maui. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Harrison congratulated the following bank officers on their promotions:

Dean Duque, vice president and Maui Region manager: First Hawaiian Bank promoted Duque to vice president and Maui Region manager. With over 25 years of financial services experience, Duque is responsible for overseeing all eight of the bank’s Maui branches to ensure clientele are provided with the highest level of customer service. He also provides training to branch personnel so they can determine which products and services benefit their clients most effectively. Duque was previously the branch manager at First Hawaiian’s Lahaina and Kahului branches.

Bard Peterson, vice president and Kahului Banking Center manager: First Hawaiian Bank promoted Peterson to vice president and Kahului Banking Center manager. Peterson oversees branch operations and manages a team of bankers responsible for working with consumer and business clientele in the area. He has over 27 years of financial services experience and was previously a vice president and business banking team leader at the Kahului Banking Center.

With over eight years of experience in commercial and business banking at First Hawaiian, Taogoshi provides guidance and support to a team of business banking officers who help their business clients achieve success.
