Nāpili Park Playground Closed for Construction from Jan. 13 to March 15

The playground at Nāpili Park will be closed from Jan. 13 through March 15, 2020, for the Nāpili Playground Shade Structure project.
The construction contract was awarded to Global Specialty Contractors, Inc. for $180,688.
The County of Maui, Department of Parks and Recreation announced the closure saying the project includes the construction of a shade structure over the existing playground and repair of the existing playground surfacing.
The rest of the park facilities will remain open during construction.

The Department asks the public to please remain outside of construction area barriers as a safety precaution.
