Wharf Cinema Center Under New Management

The Wharf Cinema Center in Lahaina is under new management. The contract was awarded to Peake & Levoy, a commercial real estate services company, which has more than 75 clients on Maui.

“With this new contract, and per the statistics stated in the Pacific Business News, Peake & Levoy is the largest Maui and outer island commercial property management company,” according to a press release announcement.

Located on Lahaina’s Front Street across Banyan Court Park, The Wharf Cinema Center is 56,000 square feet of commercial space.

It features more than 35 apparel, jewelry, gifts and specialty shops, and eight restaurants.  Businesses include: Amigoʻs, Breakwall Shave Ice Co., Cool Cat Cafe, Down the Hatch, Maui Island Coffee, Pho Saigon 808, and Tiki Tiki Thai Cuisine 2.

The Wharf Cinema Center is also home to the Plantation Museum which features heirlooms, tools and gears from the sugar and pineapple plantation camps. In addition, the Center serves as the primary connecting bus stop for transporting passengers between West Maui, Māʻalaea, Central Maui and South Maui.

Peake & Levoy is overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Wharf Cinema Center including infrastructure maintenance and improvements, tenant management, leasing activities and administrative support.

Other properties managed by Peake & Levoy include Piʻilani Village Shopping Center, Wailea Gateway Center, Maui Research and Technology Park and One Main Plaza.

The Wharf Cinema Center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
