The Queen Ka’ahumanu Center (QKC) has canceled plans to hold all community events until further notice.

QKC will remain open for business but individual stores may have modified hours of operations.

The cancellation comes amid rising concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19.

In the days ahead, the shopping center will be “working with [our] housekeeping vendors in increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning,” as announced from a press release.

QKC will also be disinfecting high-traffic and high-touch locations throughout the center in order maintain a safe environment for shoppers.

The farmers market will continue operations until tenants decide to suspend operations.
