Traffic Alert: Flipped Car on Lower Honoapiʻilani Road

An overturned car is blocking two lanes along Lower Honoapiʻilani Road fronting Napili Shores.
The incident was reported at about 2 p.m. A person was reportedly trapped in the vehicle.
Safety personnel are on scene.
