Department of Water Supply Announces Customer Service Changes
With the closure of Maui County offices on Monday, March 23, to safeguard the public against the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Water Supply is encouraging customers to use phone, online services, mail and email to conduct business safely.
Until further notice, the following Emergency Operating Procedures will be implemented:
Department of Water Supply notices and service announcements
All DWS notices and service announcements are posted for the public to view online on the following sites:
County of Maui COVID-19 Coronavirus Information website.
Water quality reports and additional resources from the DWS are also available on the DWS’s website.

Engineering Division
All inquiries and communications with the Engineering Division shall be online or over the phone only. Call (808) 270-7835 or email DWS.Engineering@mauicounty.gov with your inquiry.
Water Resources and Planning Division
For inquiries and communication with the DWS’s Water Resources and Planning Division, call (808) 463-3110.
Fiscal Division – Billing and Accounting Sections:
Water bill credit card convenience and transaction fees, as well as E-Check Fees, will be waived beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, through June 30, 2020.
Call (808) 270-7730 and press “3,” or call (855) 385-4836 to pay your bill over the phone. Customers can view their water bills, access account information and request electronic bill payment online by creating an account: https://maui.mysecuredservices.com/

Administration Division and Board of Water Supply
