April 2020 Maui Real Estate statistics are recorded and this Maui map is a breakdown of information for the first 4 months of 2020. (January 2020 – April 2020)
This map of Maui shows where the numbers of recordings happened, along with the type of property that was sold – residential, condo or land.
The median sales prices of homes and condos both increased vs. 2019, up 2% and 10% respectively.

Total number of sales slightly decreased 1% due to Covid19’s arrival, but the amount of real estate sold (total dollar volume) was up slightly 1%.
