Swell Summary

A building northwest swell will peak this afternoon and tonight. Surf heights will exceed advisory levels along most north and west facing shores of the smaller islands through Wednesday morning. This swell will lower below advisory levels on Wednesday. A new long period northwest swell will build quickly on Friday with surf heights reaching warning levels late Friday into this weekend. This swell and will slowly lower through the first half of next week. Surf along east and south facing shores will remain small for the next seven days.

Conditions: Sideshore texture/chop with E winds 25-30mph in the morning decreasing to 20-25mph in the afternoon.

SOUTH SHORE

Surf: Minimal (ankle high or less) surf.

Conditions: Semi glassy/semi bumpy with N winds less than 5mph in the morning shifting SW for the afternoon. Glassy conditions are expected by late afternoon with N winds less than 5mph.
