Swell Summary
A large north-northwest swell has prompted the issuance of High Surf Warning for the north and west facing shores of most islands today through late tonight. Once the surf subside to below warning levels, expect a High Surf Advisory to be issued. A series of small to moderate northwest to north- northeast swells will be reaching the north and west facing shores Wednesday through Tuesday. A series of long period south swell will maintain small surf along south facing shores through early next week. Returning and strengthening trade winds Wednesday into Friday will gradually build the surf along east facing shores to moderate levels. The moderate pulse from the north- northeast Wednesday may also add an additional foot or two to any exposed north facing shores.
