Maui United Way grant workshop series starts on Wednesday
Maui United Way has partnered with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Health and Human Services to bring free grant workshops to Maui. The series kicks off with a virtual “Grant Basics” workshop on Wednesday, July 24 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Workshops continue through Aug. 22, 2024.
These workshops are intended for non-profits, private businesses, government agencies and individuals of all experience levels, according to Maui United Way.
The series covers everything from a basic primer on grant writing to more detailed information on grants for foundations and the federal government, along with grant management after funding has been awarded.
