Maui Police Department, Wailuku Station. PC: Wendy Osher

The Maui Police Department has launched its 2025 Citizen Survey in an ongoing effort to strengthen relationships with the community and improve public safety services. This initiative aims to gather feedback from the community about their attitudes and perceptions of the law enforcement services provided by the Maui Police Department.

The information collected will identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities to serve Maui County’s residents and visitors better. The survey is brief, anonymous, and available online.

“We value the voice of our community,” said Chief of Police John Pelletier. “Your feedback is crucial in shaping the future of our department and ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of those we serve.”

Community members are encouraged to participate by completing the survey online at: https://mauicounty.checkboxonline.com/2025-Citizen-Survey.
