Melissa Saito

The Maui Police Department requests the public’s assistance with any information on the whereabouts of Melissa Saito, 31, of Kīhei.

Saito was reported missing by a concerned family member on Monday, June 2, 2025, after she failed to return home from a friend’s residence. Saito was last seen on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m. in Kahului in the area of School Street.

Police say Saito has no vehicle, and her cell phone is turned off. She may be vulnerable/at-risk, and her family is concerned for her safety and well-being, according to police.

Saito is described as 5 feet tall, weighs about 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. 

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Saito is asked to contact the Maui Police Department’s non-emergency number at 808-244-6400; or if it is an emergency, dial 911 and refer to MPD report No. 25-016177.
