Seascape at Maui Ocean Center launches new breakfast menu

Seascape at Maui Ocean Center is expanding its hours and offering a new island-inspired breakfast menu.
 
Starting Monday, Sept. 7, the award-winning restaurant overlooking Māʻalaea Harbor will serve breakfast daily from 10 a.m. to noon and lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
Breakfast options range from an Upcountry Omelette Sandwich and Maui Gold Sunrise Bowl to Paniolo Steak and Eggs and Māʻalaea Loco Moco. Guests can order sides of applewood bacon, Portuguese sausage and pan-fried eggs.

“Seascape at Maui Ocean Center’s relaxing open-air atmosphere is a perfect way to start the day while enjoying a hearty breakfast and sipping a hot coffee or bubbly mimosa,” said James Morrison, the aquarium’s food and beverage director.
 
Seascape at Maui Ocean Center, the first venue on Maui to become platinum-certified by the Surfrider Foundation, sources the freshest ingredients from throughout the island. Examples on the breakfast menu include Maui Cattle Company beef, Maui Gold pineapples and locally roasted Maui Oma Coffee.
