Wailea Golf Club hosts PGA Jr. League Regional this weekend

This weekend (Sept. 18–20), Wailea Golf Club in Wailea is hosting one of 12 PGA Jr. League Regionals nationwide. Sixteen All-Star teams from across the region — including two local squads from Oʻahu (one in each age division) — will compete for a spot at their divisional National Championships (13u and 17u).
Event Highlights:
- What: PGA Jr. League Regional Competition
- Where: Wailea Golf Club (Wailea, HI)
- What’s at Stake: Division winners advance to the 17u Championship in New Mexico (Oct. 22–25) and the 13u Championship at PGA Frisco (Nov. 11–15, broadcast on ESPN platforms).
Schedule of Events:
- Friday, Sept. 18: Practice Rounds (Begin at 11 a.m.)
- Saturday, Sept. 19: Round One (Double Tee Start at 7:30 a.m.)
- Sunday, Sept. 20: Semifinals (7:30 a.m.) | Championship Matches (~11:30 a.m.)
