$3,500 raised for Maui Junior Golf through the Rick Smith Memorial Golf Tournament

On Sunday, September 27, a memorial golf tournament was held at King Kamehameha Golf Club in honor of Rick Smith.

Rick was an avid golfer who loved the game and, most importantly, loved helping and supporting junior golfers. In his memory, family and friends came together for 18 holes of golf and a fun-filled skins game.

As part of the memorial, the tournament raised $3,549 for Maui Junior Golf through entry fees, the skins game, and the ball toss.

Maui Junior Golf would like to extend a heartfelt mahalo to the Rick Smith family, Rob Shelton, Kevin Ellison, and all of the golfers who participated in this special event.

Your generosity and support help continue Rick’s legacy of giving back to the game and supporting the next generation of golfers.
