The William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa is headed to the neighbor islands. This fall, the law school will host a series of informational sessions across Hawaiʻi for prospective students. The sessions will cover the admissions and application process, financial aid opportunities, and the school’s programs, including its full-time in-person JD and part-time 100% online JD.

The recruitment events will be held at the following locations:

  • University of Hawai’i Maui College, Hale 217
    • Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026
      • 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. AND
      • 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Kaua‘i Community College, Learning Resource Center 201
    • Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026
      • 4:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m

These sessions offer an invaluable opportunity for prospective students to meet the law school’s admissions team, ask questions, and gain insight into the Richardson experience. Representatives from the law school will provide an overview of the program details, admission requirements, application process, timelines, and scholarships. They will be available to answer any specific questions you may have. Attendees will also learn about unique programs such as Native Hawaiian Law, Pacific-Asian Legal Studies, and Richardson’s leadership in environmental law.
