Sheraton Maui 1st Resort in US with Advanced Wine System

Fine wine lovers, rejoice.

The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa is officially the first major resort in the United States to integrate the Vino-Barista Wine Preservation System within their property.

What does that mean?

Well, in case you haven’t heard, the Vino-Barista is a state-of-the-art wine preservation system developed in Japan in 2002 that will allow the Sheraton Maui to revolutionize the way wine is offered by the glass to their guests.

The product holds an 80% share of the Japanese market, and is the only system in the world that allows for a bottle of wine to be opened and poured without exposing the wine to oxygen at any time throughout the process, thereby completely preventing oxidation.
