Maui police say they responded to 5 burglaries, 13 vehicle thefts, and 11 vehicle break-ins in Maui County over a seven day period, between Jan. 26 and Feb. 1 2014. The complete list of locations affected and times in which the incidents occurred are as follows:

6 Maui Burglaries Reported Jan. 26 to Feb. 1, 2014:

Hāna: 

  • Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, 10:51 p.m., between Mile 31 and 41, unlawful entry.

Kāʻanapali:

  • Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, 6:30 p.m., Kekaʻa Drive at the Royal Lahaina, unlawful entry.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, 6:30 p.m., Kamalei Circle, unlawful entry.

  • Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, 3:30 p.m., Malaihi Road, forced entry.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, 12 p.m.: 1991 red Honda Prelude. Honowai Street.  RECOVERED.
