War Memorial Gym Parking Lot to Close for Re-paving

The parking lot at War Memorial Gymnasium will be closed for several weeks beginning on Friday, Feb. 21, while resurfacing work takes place.

The $210,371 contract was awarded to Maui Paving, LLC, and is expected to conclude on Tuesday, March 25, 2014.

The project includes cold-planing, asphalt paving, and re-striping.

County officials say parking will be available at the War Memorial Football Stadium parking lot while construction is underway in front of the gym.
