Maui Police Release Surveillance Photo in Theft Investigation

Maui Police today released a surveillance image saying they are seeking the public’s help in identifying a female suspect wanted for questioning in a theft investigation reported six months ago.

Police say the suspect allegedly withdrew money from the victim’s bank account without permission via an automated teller machine at 1:32 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014.

Anyone with information regarding this suspect’s identity, is asked to contact the Maui Police Department non-emergency number at (808) 244-6400 or Detective T. Nishida at (808) 244-6432 with case reference number: MPD 14-043966.
