SBA Resource Day: How Can the SBA Help Your Business?

The US Small Business Administration is holding an SBA Resource Day on Maui at the Hawai‘i USA Federal Credit Union in Kahului on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, from noon to 3:30 p.m.

SBA offers a wide variety of specific programs to small business owners. The resource day offers a free opportunity to meet one-on-one with an SBA representative who can help navigate and explain SBA Programs and resources available to business owners.

Areas of expertise include:

  • Loans for working capital – SBA Express, Export Express & Veterans Advantage Programs;
  • Long-term financing to purchase or renovate business real estate or major equipment – SBA 504 Loan Program; and,
  • Government contracting certifications and assistance – SBA’s 8(a) Business Development & Other Government Small Business Contracting Programs.

In coordination with participating lenders, an experienced SBA specialist will be available for a 30-minute, confidential consultation. Appointments are required and scheduled by SBA. Walk-ins may be accepted on a space-available basis.
