Maui Immigration Sessions to Cover Employment, Naturalization, Green Cards

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in partnership with Maui County Immigrant Services Division will present Immigration Information Sessions on important topics for the immigrant community this month.

Topics include employment eligibility, green cards, naturalization, petition for relatives and other issues.

The Information Sessions run from June 25 to 27, 2015 at various locations in Central and West Maui.

The sessions are as follows:

Thursday, June 25, 2015

  • UH Maui College – Pilina Multipurpose Room
    10:00 – 11:30 a.m. – Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification & E-Verify
    3:00 – 4:30 p.m. – Petition for Relatives, Green Cards, and Naturalization Process
  • Hale Makana O Waiʻale – 195 Waimaluhia Lane, Wailuku
    6:00 – 7:30 p.m. – Filing electronic I-94 and Employment Authorization for immigrant community members of the Compact of Free Association, Tongan and Pacific Islanders

Friday, June 26, 2015

  • West Maui Senior Center – 788 Pauoa Street, Lahaina
    10:30 a.m. – noon – Employment Eligibility Practices & E-Verify
    1:00 – 2:30 p.m. – Employment Cards, Petition for Relatives, Green Cards and Naturalization
    3:00 – 4:30 p.m. – Employment Cards, Petition for Relatives, Green Cards and Naturalization
    6:00 – 7:30 p.m. – Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
