The next Maui Tastemakers event has Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa thinking pink. The Lahaina resort is hosting a special rosé wine pairing dinner on Friday, Oct. 30, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The culinary series celebrates the unique bounty of the island, giving visitors and locals a chance to connect with outstanding food and drink, along with the personalities behind them, in an intimate and interactive setting.

Held at the resort’s award-winning Japengo restaurant, this event will feature four courses of Pacific Rim cuisine, paired perfectly with a selection of rosé. The menu includes Kumamoto Oysters with a sparkling rose granita, seared toro carpaccio, lavender-seasoned salmon and Hawaiian chocolate cake.

The Tastemakers dinner will start at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. It costs $85 per person, excluding gratuity and tax. To make your reservation, call Japengo at (808) 667-4796. Click here for more information.
