Flooding from Warning Level Surf Forces Closure of Baldwin Beach Park

Due to warning level high surf conditions on the North Shore, the Department of Parks and Recreation has closed Baldwin Beach Park in Pāʻia for the day.  County officials say waves have flooded the parking lot area.
