Kono’s on the Green to Honor Military Veterans

This Veteran’s Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, Kono’s on the Green will honor military veterans by offering a free lunch or dinner entrée to all veterans or active military personnel.

“Kono’s on the Green is a proud supporter of the men and women who serve our country,” representatives said.

The menu will be limited and proof of military service is required.

In addition, Kono’s on the Green will extend a 20% off discount to all veterans through the end of the year.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to show appreciation for our military personnel who have selflessly served our country,” said Michael Wines General Manager of Kono’s on the Green.

“Supporting the military community is very important to the Kono’s family, we hope our veterans and active duty military will join us at Kono’s on Veteran’s Day to relax and enjoy a meal on us,” said Wines.

Located on the Maui Nui Golf course, Kono’s on the Green offers panoramic views spanning from Kahoʻolawe to Lānaʻi to the West Maui Mountains.

The restaurant also offers live music Tuesday through Sunday evenings and specialized service for large groups, weddings, receptions, special occasions, and corporate events.

Kono’s on the Green is located at 470 Līpoa Parkway in Kīhei.
