VIDEO: Maui Welcome’s First Neighbor Island Victoria’s Secret Store
A crowd of more than 100 people gathered for the grand opening of Victoria’s Secret at the Queen Kaʻahumanu Shopping Center in Kahului today. When the store opened to the public at 9:30 a.m., the line extended from center stage to the Mobi PCS store at the East end of the center.
A brief blessing was held ahead of the opening for store employees. The national retailer offers lingerie and beauty products in more than 8,000 square feet of space just to the back and right of the center stage in the space once occupied by a jewelry store and neighboring shops.
With the new space in Kahului, Victoria’s Secret now has five stores in Hawai’i, with Maui as their first neighbor island location.

“There is great excitement and energy that has built since the initial announcement. Maui County residents are big supporters of new retailers to our island, so we know they will be out for this grand opening event. They never disappoint,” she said.
