Olympic Gold Medalist Misty May-Treanor on Maui

Two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Misty May-Treanor, will headline a series of M2 Volleyball indoor and beach clinics for boys and girls on Maui on January 3-4, 2011, and from January 6-7, 2011 on Oahu.
The first stop will be at Kanaha Beach Park from 3-6 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2011, for the only beach session in the Hawaii line-up. May-Treanor will then host a clinic the following day from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Seabury Hall in Upcountry, Maui. According to the event website, both Maui clinics are recommended for ages 10-18. The cost is $125 online or $150 walkup.
The Oahu clinics will both be held at Manoa Valley District Park from 3-6 p.m. on January 6-7, 2011. The Thursday session will be geared toward those in Junior High or younger. The Friday session is for High School athletes.

May-Treanor founded the M2 Volleyball Camps & Clinics in 2010 and has alreday made stops in three other states. She is hosting the Hawaii clinics in cooperation with the Aloha Volleyball Club of Maui, and Paulele Volleyball Club of Oahu.
“I am really looking forward to working with all of the young boys and girls who love the sport of volleyball in Hawaii. I’m energized by their love of the game, and am excited to share some of what I have learned over the years with them,” said May-Treanor.
