Maui police have cleared the vehicles from the road that were involved in a motor vehicle accident near the Kīhei Junction. The accident was first reported at around 8 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016. Please drive with caution.

Due to a major motor vehicle accident, both lanes of North Kīhei Road at Mile 1 are currently closed.
Motorists are asked to avoid this area until further notice.
