Vehicle Accident Knocks Out Power to 3,000 on Maui

About 3,000 customers in the Kihei area of Maui lost power when a vehicle struck electrical equipment on Ohukai Road, at approximately 12:01 p.m. today, June 9, 2016.
At 12:26 p.m. a majority of customers were restored with all customers back online by 2:42 p.m., according to company representatives.
