Kōkua Realty, LLC, Maui’s largest commercial and residential real estate firm, announce it has teamed up with Matthews Retail Advisors and is marketing for sale the 65,433 square foot Shops at 505 shopping center located in Lahaina, Maui.

The Shops at 505 completed an extensive, multi-million-dollar renovation and houses the sales and corporate office for Wyndham Vacation Resorts.

In addition, it is home to one of Maui’s top lūʻau shows, the Feast at Lele. Representatives with Kōkua Realty say both tenants are major draws for visitors and residents alike.

Keoni Fursse, CEO of the Capital Markets Group of Kōkua Realty and listing broker said there are only two shopping centers in all of Hawaiʻi that are located directly on the beach providing oceanfront access, and this is one of them–located on Front Street just a few minutes from Lahaina Harbor.

Because of its unique location there is no set ‘asking price.’ Kōkua Realty is currently requesting that potential buyers submit their best offer at this time.
