The electronic bill payments are only being accepted online and via phone.  Credit and debit cards will not be accepted at the Real Property Tax Division office in Kahului.

Administrative Fees: The electronic service includes a convenience fee for credit card users of 2.35% of the total bill amount.  There is a convenience fee of $3.95 for debit card payments, and $1.49 for electronic check payments drawn on US Banks. (Non-US banks are not accepted).  The fee is disclosed when the payee confirms payment.

Fees apply to each property tax payment processed, and does not allow for multiple parcel payment processing at the same time.

Payment Verification: Payment information on the Real Property Tax Division web site is updated weekly, time permitting. The department says users should allow two weeks to verify payments on line.  Payment processing can also be verified by calling the Real Property Tax Division.

For Online Payments: Go to https://gate.link2gov.com/MauiRPT/. You must have an email address to use the online payment service.
