North: Wave heights are expected to be knee/waist high today to start, picking up to chest/head high by sunset.

West: Surf is ankle/knee high today. Spots catching the wrap will be bigger later in the day.

South: Surf is waist high today or less.

North-northeast and east-northeast trade swell combo expected today.

screen-shot-2016-11-01-at-7-31-14-amMultiple pulses of swell energy out of the northwest are expected for this week. The first pulse is due to fill in Tuesday into Wednesday. A bigger swell is forecast to build Wednesday into Thursday with another pulse expected Friday and into the weekend.

Nothing significant is expected out of the SPAC with minimal southern hemisphere swell around waist high or less today.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
