Maui Surf Forecast
North: Wave heights are expected to be overhead with the best exposures up to double or triple overhead today. Outer reef breaks like Pe’ahi could see bigger sets still but dropping through the day.
West: Surf is waist high today or less. Spots catching the wrap will be bigger.
South: Surf is waist high today or less.
A new north-northwest swell will build into Thursday and peak before slowly easing into the weekend. Another pulse is expected Friday and into the weekend. Spots blocked by Molokai will see less swell than breaks to the east.
Nothing significant is expected out of the SPAC for the foreseeable future.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
