Downed Electric Pole Forces Temporary Closure of Kaupakalua Road

Maui Electric crews are working to repair a downed electric pole and power lines on Kaupakalua Road.

The closure went into effect at midnight on Monday, April 17, 2017, and the company estimates completion at 1 p.m. today.

The closure extends from East Kuiaha Road to Lepo Place.
