Back Door Bake Shop Returns, July 6

School is still in session for baking students at University of Hawaii Maui College and for the first three Thursdays in July, anyone with a sweet tooth gets to reap the benefits.

The Back Door Bake Shop (enter through the back door of the Pa‘ina Building) returns July 6, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and you can purchase the fruits of the students’ labor.

Here’s the schedule:

July 6 – Gibbasier, Panettone, Sourdough Brioche
July 13 – Cream Puffs, Napoleons, Tarts
July 20 – Petit Fours

Culinary Arts Program Coordinator Chef Teresa Shurilla’s talented baking students make everything fresh. You can fill up for 10 bucks or less, and it’s all delicious.
