Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center (QKC) will host the inaugural QKC Cares Keiki Safety Fair on Saturday, Nov., 17, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and invites all Maui County non-profit organizations, State of Hawai’i and County of Maui agencies to participate.

“We’re thrilled to be organizing the first annual QKC Cares Keiki Safety Fair, where we come together as a community to bring education and resources to support the growth and well-being of our keiki,” said Toni Rojas, Vice President of Business and Community Development. The event is an extension of the QKC Cares initiative unveiled earlier this year that brings together the mall’s charitable programs and community efforts aimed at empowering patrons, tenants and employees.

The children’s event will consist of entertainment, interactive keiki activities, fun and educational community booths, and fantastic door prizes. A schedule and lineup will be announced shortly.

Non-profit organizations and government agencies involved in increasing awareness about children’s safety are invited to outreach and educate the community on their services.  Booth applications are now available; space is limited and based on availability.
